The commercial-grade 902–928 MHz flexible rubber duck antenna is engineered for reliable, short-to-medium-range wireless communication across the standard 900 MHz Industrial, Scientific, and Medical (ISM) frequency spectrum. Delivering a unity gain (0 dBd or 2.15 dBi) profile, this antenna acts as an isotropic-style radiator, projecting a broad spherical radiation pattern. This characteristic makes it highly effective for localized LoRa/LoRaWAN gateways, SCADA systems, utility metering, RFID setups, and industrial telemetry where physical obstacles, elevation changes, or fluctuating device orientations cause heavy signal scattering.
Measuring 3.5 inches in length, this antenna features a ruggedized, flexible thermoplastic (rubber) radome that protects the internal copper radiating element from impacts, dust, and harsh physical environments. It is equipped with an integrated hinged swivel base, allowing the antenna to tilt (90°) and rotate (360°). This mechanical flexibility enables field technicians to position the antenna vertically regardless of the orientation of the host device's chassis, optimizing signal polarization and bypassing nearby physical obstructions.
