Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after we ship your item to request a return. If you would like to return an unopened, defective or incorrectly ordered Product, you must contact us by phone at (303) 586-1111, using the Contact Us form on this website or directly by email at support@rfsuperstore.com within five (5) business days of receiving your order to obtain a return merchandize authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and no refund or credit will be issued. If your return is approved, an RMA number will be emailed to you along with instructions for your return. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) business days within which return Products must be received by RF Superstore. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued.

Buyer agrees that all returned Products must be in re-saleable condition and will include the original packaging and any other accessories or materials included in the original shipment. Buyer is solely responsible for all shipping and insurance charges and agrees to bear all risk of loss during the return shipment. Buyer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Your original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a returned Product. Those fees are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to you if Product is returned for a refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items. Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom-made or custom-manufactured products (e.g. custom cable assemblies), bulk cable that has been cut customer specifications (i.e. bulk cable sold "by the foot"), items that have been installed and show signs of use or wear and tear, or items that are damaged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Return Procedure. The RMA number should be clearly noted on the shipping label of each box or you may write it on the shipping box. The return box should contain all items that were included with the original shipment, including the original manufacturer's box and packing material, all accessories, UPC bar codes, manuals, etc. that came with the original shipment. All boxes should be securely packed to prevent possible damage during shipping. We are not liable for damage that occurs during shipment back to us. We suggest that you insure these return items, as we are not liable for lost merchandise. For international shipments, all international duty fees must be paid by the sender. We recommend that you use one of the following carriers to help ensure your packages clear customs: UPS, FedEx or DHL. Approved returns should be sent to:

Restocking FeesAll Product returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus any additional shipping costs for the return shipment not paid for by Buyer. Refunds will only be issued after returned Products are received and found to be in re-saleable condition. If the total restocking fee plus additional shipping costs incurred are greater than the amount paid for the Product(s), Buyer will not receive a refund.

Refunds. Refunds will be issued in the manner in which original payment was received. If payment was made by credit card, a refund will be made to that card. If order was placed with Net 30 terms, credit will be applied to future orders.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.
