UHF Male to UHF Male Adapter [RFS-100268]
The UHF Male to UHF Male Adapter is a back-to-back barrel adapter that directly joins two UHF female (SO-239) ports through a compact PL-259 to PL-259 inline interface. Operating at 50 Ohm impedance, this adapter is an essential utility component in amateur radio, marine radio, CB radio, and land mobile communications wherever two SO-239 female ports must be directly mated without a cable run between them. Both ends feature standard UHF male (PL-259) plugs that engage SO-239 female sockets on transceivers, antenna switches, combiners, patch panels, and coaxial accessories. This male-to-male configuration is used to directly join two pieces of UHF-equipped equipment back-to-back, connect a UHF antenna switch output to a transceiver input, or bridge two SO-239 female ports on adjacent chassis. It is a commonly needed component in amateur radio shack builds and marine electronics installations. Manufactured from gold-plated brass, this adapter provides reliable electrical continuity and mechanical durability across HF, VHF, and UHF frequencies, making it a practical and dependable utility adapter throughout the amateur and land mobile radio communities.
